Tower Financial Group was founded in 1999 by Robert W. Kirby, Jr., CLU following 22 years as a producer, agency owner and statewide manager for a major insurance company. At that time he acquired the 22 year old Burke’s Insurance Agency and merged it with Kirby & Associates to form Tower Financial Group.
